My experience at Mertrux Leicester/Derby has been hit and miss unfortunately. The staff that I have dealt with have been great to be fair but the after service has fallen short of acceptable I'm afraid. But don't worry, It's pretty much like that wherever you go so I guess is ok to be the best of a bad bunch eh!
